Hi there, I am new, not sure this question has been covered....it is possible to submit my EOI without a job offer (with job offer I get 150 points) first as I am heading to Auckland in Feb 07 on a Working Holiday visa to get a job.

Any advice would be most appreciated.

you can submit it so long as you have at least 100 points. if you have less than that without a job offer then you wont be able to submit.

Is it possible to gain entry to NZ under some kind of work visa to get work and then complete a EOI from there. At one time you could be given a 6 month work visa to enable you to get a job offer that the NZIS then approved to complete your PR
