I have been told that you need to have the “paperwork” for importing a motor vehicle. Does this also include quad bikes, as they are not registered for road use (sports quads). I don’t have any paperwork for them, as they were purchased second hand, (ebay) and nothing was supplied!

if they are never going to be used on the road then the only paperwork you may need is the purchase price on a sales invoice as this may be requested by MAF/Customs for any duty that may be liable.
