Hello

Has any one used this company for property management. I've heard some excellent comments and some bad. Both from investors and tennats. I would like to hear your opinons please.

although we didnt end up renting through them (we just this evening got a rental!!:D) the few dealings with them were positive..staff helpful and friendly over the phone and my partner had no problems with them with viewings.they came recommended from a few people.

Personally, I won't ever rent from them again. We have been trying for 10 months to get them to fix very basic problems. During the last big windstorm, about 4 meters of our fence fell down, On the other side is a 50-meter drop off. We have my 79-year-old MIL and two dogs. When we emailed pictures and told them about it, their response was "Oh, do you want us to fix it...?"

I believe they are a franchise but my advice is, run to the nearest alternative.

when we first arrived and were looking to rent they were the most unhelpful people we came across. personally i wouldn't deal with them simply (and possibly unfairly) because of the experience we had.

I don't know about the Wellington branch but the Nelson branch was pretty much impossible to work with- they never returned emails, or calls despite our repeated requests for information on their properties. I am glad we are not an owner using them to rent our home! We finally gave up and went through trademe.co.nz.
