Just thought I'd introduce myself, I'm quite new at this but here goes.
Hubby & I come from the potteries in Britain and we are hoping to emigrate to New Zealand next year.

I have been reading quite a lot of messages at the moment and am really glad there is someone to talk to.

got my cuppa now ready to post a few more threads, lots of questions to ask. Noticed your a teacher, how strange is that I work in Education as well but in a different job. I am a Operations Manager/Adminstrator at a state of the art IT facility supporting school in raising attainment through using the technology.

What can I say!
Such a warm welcome I hate not being on the forum, I could talk all the time about how excited I am about coming over. My hubby wants us to have holiday over there first and make our minds up but I allready know I want to come ASAP.
So at the moment I'm trying to sell loads of stuff to put towards what we call our New Zealand fund, it's quite funny at work.
Done loads on auction site selling stuff but what a job taking everything to the post office, I sent 30 items after work today but anyway, I'm just popping down stairs for my tea and will be back in about an hour.
