Hello

Im interested in a new property in the North Island that the developer Lance Jones has made.

Does anyone know of other Lance Jones developments. Im interested to know how his buildings age and what they look like in 3 - 10 years down the line.

Also if there's been any common problems, with structure etc.

If you mean Lance James then I suggest you
run:exit

He has a terrible reputation on most aspects of building, ranging from consent issues to quality and legal issues.
