We ended up moving out of the CBD before I could use them but there is City Drycleaners, which had a nice website (http://www.citydryclean.co.nz/) with coupons. It's a bit north of you at 102 LQ. Sorry I can't comment on their service. With all the Welly folks someone will be able to offer first hand experience...

There's also one on Featherstone Street, near the top juction with LQ/Hunter Street, Near the Quest building.
