Gosh, it's been a very stressful time the last few months, but happy to say we completed on our house yesterday (Friday, UK )
The buyer got a bargain, but it means we don't have to worry about paying rent here and mortgage over there.
Good luck to you all in the same position.
We put our house on the market 22 months ago! but at that time no thought of coming to NZ, we were looking at maybe France or Spain, so if it had have sold earlier maybe we would n't be over here! Funny how things work out!
