We are thinking about switching to Bank Direct and would like to hear from people who are already with them.

How do you find their services?
Any difference with the normal bank?

Any info is greatly appreciated :nice1
:cheers

Hi Ivy,

We have been with BankDirect for about 5 years now and have no complaints. Their internet banking is really good and everything else can be arranged over the phone. We were used to not having an "actual bank" ie with branches and real people so don't miss that aspect of it at all. It's just like the Postbank in Holland, if you were happy with an account there you should be fine with BankDirect.
Oh and because we have a mortgage with them we don't pay any fees except for the stamp duty on chequebooks and $7.50 a year for the credit card.
