Hello everybody,

My EOI was selected september'2005 without job offer.
My ITA lodged February 2006 with all the documents except NZQA full assessment report.
It was finalized by NZQA october'2006 (it took more than an year:(((()
So...i sent the last document to NZIS London Branch on 23rd October 2006.

Concerning the fact that a case officer is already assigned to our case does anybody can tell me how long does it take to obtain a final decision?

Hi,

We've just taken our ITA in and have a job offer. We were told it should take 2-3 weeks. I did over hear someone being told it could take up to three months.

Probably not the answer you wanted to hear but I think they always quote on the longer side from what I've picked up from other posts...

We have applied for our daughter here in Auckland, and it assigned to branch office in Sydney; Australia. It has been almost 6 weeks now...no news...what do you reckon? mamamia.....

Thank you very much all of you that have answered my questions so far.

I would like to ask if there anybody that has experienced my problems:

1. Lodging ITA without all documents, because of the third parties delay (NZQA full assessments particulary). In my case lodging on February 15th, 2006.
2. Sending the addidtional documents after several months, October 21st.

I am worring how long does ot take to hear from my case officer, that is already assigned to my case. I sent my last documents 4 weeks ago....:(

I believe it's up to 3months to get a case officer, even with all the delays you've suffered up to this point. Hope the wait isn't too terrible. (but honestly, waiting IS pretty lame :o )
