Gonna be living in CBD Wellington.

I think the best bet we can get for phone/tv/internet is going with TelstraClear. They have various packages....we found this to be the best so far:

I actually think that's a good deal considering everything you get with it.

Looks good to me, we currently pay $110 for internet/phone and a further $60 for broadband, and then another $62 for sky. I reckon you are getting a bargain!
