Ok, we are a week away from our 2nd meet. I know all who attended last time round will be doing so again, but are there any other practising kiwi's out there who are in the vicinity of the North West who would like to join in. If there is then you are more than welcome to join our little get together. The date 27th November, time 1:30pm, venue Salt Celler at Middlewich J18 M6.
Could the crew who attended last time please confirm your intentions via this thread. Either PM me or slot your reply on this thread.

You won't need a map. Come off at J18 and take A54 signposted Middlewich, just follow road until you come to roundabout. You will see venue on your left. Easy peasy eh. :yes

Diny - remember you saying you had trip to the airport that morning. Do you have a lot of time to kill before our meet? If so, we're only 15min or so on from the Salt Cellar, so you're more than welcome to hang out here with us before it's time to go. If not - see you there

Have been PM-ing with Anita (couple with 2 young boys who played with Lucy and my two girls last time, moving to Nelson in 6 weeks). They can't make this meet. Think she'd love to receive some PM's with encouragement as had a serious case of last minute nerves :wah (which is why she's not been posting). I've told her about your thread Jo, and others as well. She's feeling a bit better now, but think she could still do with some cheering up by us all.

Was in the Salt Cellar for my birthday meal last night, and they're now part of 'Two for One' - i.e. two meals for the price of one!! The four of us ate and drank for the extortionate amount of £19 (Andy's still laughing as he was paying :mrgreen: )

Anyway, as we were there, thought I'd see if we'd booked anything for next week (sorry Kim, not meaning to trod on your organisational toes), but they don't take reservations anylonger. Manager said it should be fine though.
