Agghh -after selling the house, booking the flights and hotel accommodation in Singapore and Auckland we thought getting a cottage / holiday home to rent would be relatively straight forward - but oh no! Yes I know it's the holiday season but I didn't think it would be this tricky to rent a cottage for 2 - 3 weeks anywhere within 1.5 hrs drive of Wellington. Have any of you kindly contributors who are already in NZ got any ideas? We've tried Holidayhomes website and would be keen to try any other useful routes.
Any advice gratefully received!!!
Can't wait to be on NZ soil in Jan 07 - yipee!
