Hi Everyone

We're thinking about travelling around South America for 3 months whilst our belongings are being shipped to NZ.

Does anyone know whether this is OK with NZIS once I've got my PR (my husband's Australian so he doesn't need PR). I just wondered having gone through all the medicals here for ITA, will they make me do them again once in NZ?

Any advice gratefully appreciated.

I think you are free to travel anywhere you like on your way, sounds like lots of fun to me! You shouldn't have to do a medical again, once you have PR.
