i'm a certified managerial accountant ( CMA holder)... would like to know ir there is a demand for it in NZ job market?? and is it high or low?? or only CAs accountants with (UK,OZ,irish) certificates

You might also want to check out if you qualify to become a member of the NZICA. They are at www.icanz.co.nz

Hook up with some of the employment agencies in NZ who specialises in Accounting jobs and take it from there.

Afraid so - one here. There are shed loads of jobs for Accountants at all levels but not really enough demand for you to be able to a job without going to NZ to get one. You just gotta be there as they say.. the usual response is "just let us know when you arrive and we'll sort something out for you" etc etc

I work for KPMG in Christchurch who also have an Associate office in Christchurch called Hadlee Kippenberger and Partners. They do the Business Advisory stuff ie accounting, tax returns and business plans.
