Hi all :)

Is it worth taking over all our TV's, PC's etc? They're quite new and decent so we'd much rather bring them if we can - do they just need to be re-wired?

Hi Kim and Gareth
We brought our tv's and pc with us, pc worked fine, tv's had picture but no sound, this was easily sorted out by buying a cheap vcr here and connecting it via the av socket on the tv, we then just used the vcr as the tuner, newer tv's may well work here without the need to do this, ours were 6 or 7 years old.

Thanks - its good to know we don't have to re-buy everything after just kitting ourselves out. We'll keep a note of the VCR idea in case we end up with no sound too!!

I work with a chap who comes from a village near Milton Keynes not sure where though, never been there myself as we are from Southend -on-sea in Essex. That would be the land of mud (when the tides out) :laugh
