Can you buy those glass vinegar shakers with white tops (set completed by smaller salt shaker) here? I have looked everywhere so far, to no avail. Can you put me out of my misery? Of course, I may need a "posh" mediterranean vinegar thang...

You want one of those in your huge posh rental?!?! :exit
Try the $2 shop. :D Or a catering supplies like Moore Wilsons or Stevens cookware shops.
Or get a posh mediterranean oil and vinegar set. ;)

Try the Warehouse.... :p or Stevens (Botany/Pakuranga) or The Homestore at Sylvia Park too
Either that or go to Bramptins get yourself a bottle of sarsons, and refill when empty...
I kinda think you will go along the mediteranean thingy route.... ;)
I remember reading a thread on here ages ago about no vinegar bottles having shakers, so I bought a trusty classy sarsons one with me!

Gil,
Not completely sure if this is what you're looking for, but there is a set for $6.50 in Hammer Hardware with silver tops. They say one is for oil and one for vinegar, but they both look like vinegar shakers to me.
A bit like this one, but slightly different shaped bottle:

Bit of an update: I have been to all the shops mentioned and they either have had them or are going to have them - jam yesterday and jam tomorow :D BUT never jam today!
My darling daughter who has returned to UK sent me one in the post, 95p from Tesco! It arrived today, so, at last, we have a vinegar shaker!
Thanks for your help guys!
Love

I can see a business opportunity opening up before my very eyes! :laugh
Just hold your thumb over the top of the bottle and shake, letting a little sprinkle out.
So that is boxes of Sarson's vinegar and pound shop vinegar bottles to add to the inventory.... LOL

I can't stand the ones with the metal tops...... grrr....
When it arrived she had filled it with cherry lips for me.
