Hi, went out this afternoon and took some photos of the Browns bay, Torbay and Albany area and put them on fotki.com

There is a house close to us which was being marketed about a month or so ago for $610K. http://www.ljhooker.co.nz/
They are now asking for the best offer over $595.

It's being marketed as Browns Bay but it's really Northcross.

It hasn't got much garden and there is an access road up the side of it to more houses. (Sorry if anyone on the board owns this!) I think it is still well overpriced for what it is.

Theres another one too which is on www.realenz.co.nz ref number 432747. Looks like it is still on the market, and I see that the tender date has come and gone. Again, not much garden.
