Has anyone any idea how long it is taking for visa officers to be allocated under the parent policy applications. We put our application to the London branch on October 10th 2006 & received the receipt for our fee and the lettert stating that a visa officer would be allocated within three months, we still haven't heard a thing from them, despite an assurance that we would be kept upto date. :confused: If you phone NZ house you have spent a fiver before you get to speak to a human being. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I don't know how long it is taking to allocate an officer, but you could use this number for NZ House, it the normal cost one, not a premium rate thingy - 01344 716199.

Used the number you gave me and got through ok.
The answer to my quesion of how long befor we get a visa officer was that they were inundated with applications !!!! :mad: and it was now taking 4 months to appoint one, which means the AP has gone up to 4-6 months, so by the time that comes and we sell up we are looking at nearly Christmas again befor we leave these shores.
