Whilst filling in our EOI I noticed that I have to be able to be able to proove my work experience, unfortunately at least 3 of the companies I have worked for over the last 10 years no longer exist, I do have some of my pay slips and tax statements but not all of them. Does anyone know if this will be an issue or had similar problems?

Very similar problems myself, see above post from last year.
I am writing as we speak to employers that still exist, and any old staff i am still aware of, and then i was just going to a kind of portfoliio together of all work i have done and for who, detailed descriptions etc and why i cant prove it, and hope that works.
