OMG! i forgot about the problem i had with NZ custom over Immigran and another migraine tablets, Propranolol in my shipping containers because both of them are not recognised in NZ and not available on NZ's prescription, so therefore state as HIGH RISK.

Tip from NZ Dr!!!!: If you can, put in your suitcases or hand luggage rather than put in shipping container, because custom doesn't check your suitcases for medications, but they are very fussy and check if in the shipping container, confused? :confused: !!!

Bring a cover letter explain about your medications from your dr in your own country with you before coming to NZ to help NZ dr to write a letter for customs and MEDSAFE to release medications if you do come across a same problem we did but lucky i did bring cover letter from UK dr help speed up the release of shipping container!

Is there a website where we can search for our current medications' availabilty in NZ?

It didn't occur to me that this could be such a huge problem. I take two medications and my oldest daughter takes two medications; I really hate the thought of going through a trial and error phase with new medicines once in NZ.

Sumatriptan (Imigran) is funded however
