Hi again everyone,

Just a quick question, It turns out that my wifes quals. are not what I thought they were so we no longer such high points and are having to apply using my details only. On my own I score 115 points, has anyone submitted an EOI with low (acceptable) points and been picked from the pool?

Can I ask if you have any bonus points? If not then over this last year I have only seen one selection where a selection has included 110 or above with out any bonus points.

to agree with what angie and mick says - with bonus points for qualifications / work experience in an area of skills shortage then yes - otherwise very unlikely

I submitted my EOI with no job offer. Software engineer, college degree, about 20 years experience. My EOI was selected right away.

Thanks for the replies guys, may have to have a re-think, no bonus points I,m afraid, will have to try to eek some more points from somewhere :(
