Just had an e-mail from our case officer saying "Approved in Principal" so its Auckland bound for us in the summer.

Plus we go on a holiday/recce trip next week for two weeks so well timed to sort out jobs for the missus and look at houses.

For those still waiting, we put our ITA in on 20th November 2006 and had a couple of delays for a liver function test re-sit. It stalled the application a few weeks but got the nod today!! :yes

Had a feeling of uncertainty due to my liver results but feeling Wah Hay!! now :cheers

No agent used as we were pretty straight forward but I cannot underestimate the fantastic support and assistance from people on these forums, so a huge thankyou to you all.

Next stop Auckland next week!!

I think my Avatar was beginning to be really appropriate.. It does feel like hitting your head against a solid object sometimes!!

Although it's strange when you look back that it never really got that bad... it just feels like it at the time.
