Thanks for the warm replies, I feel home already!!

Plan is to come home and acclimate for a couple of weeks in Whangarei or something - not entirely sure yet hence my need for getting A into G :laugh - Have 2 dogs to bring back to NZ so I guess my first to do on the list is getting them their shots, which from all the searching Ive done on this forum will give me a timeline of about 6 months to get everything else sorted. Am I right so far?

Ultimate plan would be buying a place in Auckland, going back to school (Cant afford it in America) and settling back into laid back kiwi life. Wish I could wake up tommorrow and be there already :D

Park City, will def be picking your brain over things if you dont mind?

Cheers all!

Hey Gil,

Probably in the thick of it, would like to be close to school (Whitecliffe or Elam Arts) the only places I think we could afford are the box things they call apartments in downtown!

Wow, your husband will find it very different in NZ compared to the life in North America. Good luck with the move

The hubby is really looking forward to being back in Aotearoa... his family isnt very close, and well those of you who know America, know how spread out family can get over here - whereas my big maori family all seem to live on top of each other :laugh or at least close to each other unless they move to Aussie, even then though its in mini tribes :D so hes looking forward to having a "Family" for the first time.

Love this little forum!
