We have a house in Whitby (that we have been renting out - but we now wish to sell it).
The current tenants are moving out next week - but there is still a considerable amount of decorating etc type of work (inside and out) to do on it before we want to sell it. Plus it needs new bathroom bits and repairs to kitchen cabinets.
However - we definitely want it gone within around 3-6 months.
We would be happy to talk to anyone about renting it for a short time to give us a bit of time to do all the painting work that is needed on it - obviously if you dont mind us pottering about with it while you are in there.
We would only work on it at convenient times to tennants of course.
It's a neat house - on a bus route - 4 bedrooms - spiral staircase to downstairs bedroom (ideal for teenager) and study - huge double garage (great for storage if you need it) - deck - conservatory - nice aspect. Walking distance to two primary schools - one 5 mins one ten (both excellent). Close to shops etc.
If you are interested at all please return pm me for rent details etc. Happy to rent it out cheaper than the $350pw we have been getting while we need to paint etc.
If we can help someone out that would be great - unfortunately, Tina - who was looking for a short term rental a few days ago has signed up for one now - but it gave me the idea of posting this on the open forum.
