Hello. Would anyone know whether a marketing & customer services executive role can be termed as 'skilled' employment under SMC since my job has been leaning towards the marketing and customer services field. Thanks!

Depends if that is on the shortage list. You'll have to check the latest list on the NZIS site. Good luck.

the NZ classification of occupations is here (its a big pdf and takes a while to download)

if your occupation is in major groups 1, 2 or 7 it counts as skilled. if not you need to look at the immigration list of skiiled jobs in the other categories which is here http://www.immigration.govt.nz/nzis/operations_manual/6955.htm#o7638

the best thing to do is look through the pdf and find the job that matches your closest then see if its in 1,2,7 or is on the list.
