We submitted a pre-assessment ages ago and wondered why we didnt' get a reply. E-mailed NZQA twice for answers and didn't get any. So last night we phoned them and got the most laid back but lovely bloke on the other end of the phone. It turns out [and I don't know how this happened 'cause we went back on the website and used the same links which were highlighted to show we'd used them before] we'd submitted using the wrong form. Re-submitted it last night and the gentleman said he would put a note on our old form to stop it being processed and use the fee from that one for our new application. How nice :nice1
