Lightbulb Greetings from The Netherlands...

Hi everybody,

I'm Diana, 25 years old and curretly studying to get a bachelor in nursing. This is my second time studying, I already have a bachelor in journalism but it was so difficult to find a job in that area that I decided to go back to school and learn for another profession.

Anyway... After I'm ready with my study I would like to move because I'm not so satisfied with the life I have here. I'm not originally dutch, I live here for almost 5 years and I don't feel like part of this country.

I know I will love to go to New Zealand if it's possible and I want to work on that. I like to investigate and learn that's why I searched in internet if I could find a website or forum with people/families and their experiences related to moving to New Zealand.

I hope I did not bore you with such a long introduction... lol

Hi Diana, I've also been living in the Netherlands for the last 4,5 years and finding it difficult to feel at home here. You're a bit younger than me though, so you can take the "easy" route to New Zealand through a Working Holiday Visa.
Do let us know if you have any questions

Smile Thanks!!!

Well thanks you all for your messages!!!

I'm just getting as much information as I can becuase, before you know 4 years passed and then I really want to get out of here, lol

I like to learn facts and traditions of people from New Zealand, it seems that there's a very interesting mix of culture, history and traditions in NZ.

You live in the Netherlands? Where exactly? I'm in the north, in Drenthe and it's way to quiet for me, lol I will be 26 in december actually and when I finish my study 30. I really don't know yet how I want to do, but well I still have time, maybe I will get a tourist visa first or like you said a holiday working visa and later I will apply for a resident visa.... anyways I want to go on vacation to new zealand first...
