Is our thinking correct, in your experience?

And, picking your brains further Nick, how long do you think it would to drive from West Quay Ahuriri to the centre of Napier or to Tarradale? (I'm thinking in terms of driving to work in the morning / evening rush).

Any thoughts really appreciated.
Don't be put off the houses.
Yes there are a few shockers, but in general I've found housing good.
You can find some real bargains, rent or buy.

West Quay to Napier CBD; about 5 mins.
West Quay to Taradale; about 10 mins.

Happy to answer any questions you have.

Nick.

Nice to hear from you !! How's life in Napier?

And thanks for the info about West Quay. Have you found something suitable yet?

Life in Napier is fab so far (only 4 weeks in!) I would totally recommend it. I've found a lovely place in Westshore, which is just north of Ahuriri where you're looking. I also work in Ahuriri and it's a really nice area.
