Cockle Bay ??

We're looking at a rental in cockle bay just now. Does anyone have any opinion on the area ?

How long should I allow for a drive to the Mt Wellington area in teh morning ?

Cockle bay is a nice area foolsgold99. Any of the surrounding areas
like Botany,Howick,meadowlands,dannemora,eastern beach,bucklands beach or further east Whitford,Beachlands,Maraetai etc are great.
To drive from any of those areas including cockle bay maybe 20-30 mins max.
I live about 30 mins from either of these places (seems far but its not really).

Hi Fools,
I live about 10 mins from cockle bay in Halfmoon bay and it is nice there. good primary school , nice beaches all about. easyish for getting into city etc.
