I am interested in finding work in New Zealand. I downloaded a copy of the Application to work in New Zealand and under item A24 the question was: Do you have a job offer in New Zealand? Does this mean that I can apply for work visa/permit even without a job offer? I thought that you can only apply for a visa/ permit if you have an offer. Do you know anyone who submitted an application without an offer? Confused

You do have to have a job offer in order to get a Work Permit/Visa.
