Hi - has anyone flown via Changi (Singapore) and had time to explore the transit area? Are there duty free shops etc and what were the prices like? Is there a limit on what you can buy to take into NZ?

We are flying Singapore airlines - first time with them for us - are they good? Inflight facilities?

Plus - anyone out there know any good blag lines for upgrades?!! Laughing

Hi Moorf. I think you will find that all of your questions have been answered recently, by Michelle if I`m not mistaken. If you go into her profile you can link to all postings by her. That is probably quickest way of finding out as you know how easily this forum goes "walkabout" when it comes to subject. I wil have a look now for you.

Sesame - we were going to go business class but decided we'd rather save that for extra flights when we get there!! (Sydney / Tonga / Fiji ) Laughing

My first attempt at being frugal!! Laughing Been reading on how sterling doesn't last long and when it's gone it's missed so... we're going to try and "budget" Eek
