Yes it does, i spoke to a human, well eventually anyway, lots of options first.

Thanks will keep trying them then, sent them an e amil but said that takes 5 working days to get a response and I need to speak to somebody ASAP.

Hi Michelle,
If i remember rightly it was right at the end of all options(typical) that i actually got the opportunity to speak to a (real) person.

When I used the number I just pressed 9 instead of waiting for all the options and you get to speak to a human

Spoke to a real person eventually, very helpful. Pressing 9 straight away worked.
