| I know this is a very trivial question, but how is NZ for clothes shopping? I am coming from London and am currently in Bangkok, both of which are great....... wonder how Auckland will compare, cost wise and choice wise........any ideas? |

Have never been to Auckland so can't comment. Favourite NZ store so far is high street shop Max www.max.co.nz. If you are from UK is cross between H&M and Oasis. Prices and latest collections on web site.
Should give you some ideas.

Good site, lists most NZ stores and links to their websites and online shopping. Will definately give you ideas.
Having trouble buying trousers over here. They only do one length in most shops (except jeans) and seems to be standard to expect the customer to get them altered. No prob if you're 5'6'' plus but I dont want to spend $89 upwards on trews and then $12 to get them altered.
Tiny rant but only prob so far.
