After numerous professional and recreational visits to NZ I have decided to apply for a permanent position to work in one of the most beautiful and well balanced places on earth.
Any advice for an American (USA) swinging his resume around (I have two good leads already).

Can someone give me pointers on weather patterns ... my two leads are in Dunedin and Wellington (most of my visits have been to Auckland) - are Dunedin and Wellington much
different?

Sorry for such a scatty message...any thoughts are appreciated.

Hi dctadpole,

The main cities of NZ do vary in their climates. Wellington is cooler and more windy than Auckland, Dunedin is cooler and more cloudy than Auckland.

This article gives some good info but bear in mind that the monthly figures for NZ cities have been shifted by six months so they can be easily compared with northern hemisphere cities.
