i need some advice.

i have 4 yrs experience of managing a sppecialist brain injury unit; i was responsible for legislative compliance, reviewing protocols and experience, traaining and generally stopping people suing the operator. i trained as a barrister but have not practiced but my role as a manager obviously reled upon understanding law etc. will it be possible to obtain similar employment in NZ? or a position as a manager in health care environment?

Hi Robster,

Your occupation isn't on the OSL or POL which makes life a little more difficult. My suggestion would be to put through a few fairly informal calls to health authorities or hospitals in NZ, just to chat fairly generally about possible opportunities in NZ for someone with your skills. You'll learn quite a lot about the possibilities open to you and, if you're really lucky........ fingers crossed
