Hi guys,
As I mentioned in my previous postings, my husband would most likely fly to NZ as tourist then apply for a job to get his work visa. I've heard a lot of success stories from those who took the similar path. It just occured to me now that his case may not be as easy as others. Technically, english is not his first language bec. he is a citizen of a country where english is only a second tongue (although he speaks the language fluently and scored 7.5pts in his IELTS exam).
Could you pls give me feedback on how employers receive applicants who are in the same situation?
