Hi,

Is there any body out there thjat can tell me a little about the EOI. I'm trying to complete it myself and struggling!

My Wife is not claiming points for any qualifications. Should she be included? The same applies for my two infant children.

Hi Dave

I know the feeling.
I applied using the paper EOI forms (EOI online not available at the time)

Yes , you should include your wife and children as well.
For children there is also a separate form.

Just select no to state that you are not claiming points for your wife's qualifications.

Also include your family members and also members from your partners side as well.
This is to ensure that all is submitted in one go in case you think of sponsoring a family member to come over to NZ sometime in the future.

All the best

regards

Abdul

Hi Dave and welcome to the forum!

The EOI paperwork can be a bit daunting at first sight but do not despare!

You should have been supplied with and information pack (also downloadable from the NZIS website) with further info on completing the forms which in itself in some areas can only add to the confusion!

You will find that forum members are only too happy to help but to get the best information out of our members, post or pm specific questions and cross ref to the EOI section you are having trouble with. In that way we can assist you on specific points.

Many people on the forum have become expert at navigating the NZIS website and can post the required links (or info) for you.

If you use the search function on this forum you can get a lot of information from previous topics!

Good luck and stick around....this place is a mine of information.....and cucumbers!!!!! Razz
