I just finished reading the Expresiion Of Interest (EOI) form. I was surely drained after going through all those pages. Can somebody pls help me with some issues?

1. If I am claiming points for job offer, is it required that I actually have an offer at the time of submission of EOI?

2. I had my right thyroid gland removed last year Sad . Now I am taking thyroid hormones to normalize my system. Will this be a ground for our application to be rejected?

3. My husband and I already have an interim report from NZQA. What are the chances of having a different result from the full report? Has anyone of you experienced a lower category in the full report?

4. My husband is licensed mechanical engineer. Is it necessary to have an occupational registration?

Thanks a lot. Nice One

I think we are all drained..........God help the forests! Paper manufacturers are dancing with delight!

To comment on your queries.

1. As I understand it, yes your job offer must be in place and current. You will need to submit this at the next stage.

2. Doubtful that this will effect your application...you have been treated and are now stabilising your system with medication. In the worst case you may have to pay full charge for your medication for the first two years but thats all.

3. If the interim report looks OK it is doubtful its findings will be changed significantly.

4. Check out the EOI guidance forms on the NZIS web site, there is a list of occupations there that require registration.

Hope this helps!!!!!

Good Luck cool
