This subject has been touched on under another heading, but as it is something close to my heart, I thought i would open things up.
Does anyone have details/storys etc about the Course fishing in New Zealand. The whole world knows about the trout and sea fishing, but as I understand it, course is a bit neglected. Hmmm

Hey Moorf. Something really spooky just happened to me shortly after posting site on fishing.
I thought I would have a look around it for my own interest, and came upon a photo in the gallery of a guy holding a trout. He looks just like me. Even my wife of 16 years thought it WAS me. Nothing spooky there, until I tell you his surname was same as mine, Muir, and that is not exactly common.
BRRRRRR!!! Eek

We did consider that angle when we were out there, as just by coincidence we ended up staying at a lodge run by, yes you guessed it, Bill & Lorraine Muir.
I think it must stem from all the scots blood out there.

Lets hope your right eh. They do say that we all have a twin somewhere.
If my happens to be in NZ AND likes fishing, thats fine by me.
Have just discovered that the man in question is in fact part of the national fly fishing team, so he is obviously a far superior angler than I.
