Can anyone tell me if there are any shops in CHCH (or anywhere in NZ)that sell flat pack kitchens or flat pack bedroom furniture like MFI or B&Q we have in the UK.

Thanks for the info - guess they are not big on DIY over there for there to only be a couple of shops!
Might fill the container with flat packed kitchens!!

You could set up a business here doing them! also can you bring M & S and Boots with you, along with yorkie bars, hula hoops, and skips!!

Im my container my stole for making carpets has the main position. Is that something that someone is doing in New Zeeland ? We make carpets of old clothes and sheets , at least I do......perhaps I can teach you when we get established  |

mmm, sounds interesting. I dont think anyone in chch is making carpets with old clothes, but as it is a recycle/green thing it would take off in NZ I am sure.
