Hi,

Like most people I am looking for a place to transplant my family too. I like the look and sound of NZ as i have not heard any bad comments about it at all. Having said that reading through the posts on this site it sounds like a lot of hard work. Iam really in the early stages of looking at this so i would really appreciate some good advice. Iam a Network analyst and my wife is a secretary. Where would be the best place to start? Hmmm Hmmm

Look on the NZ immigration site at http://www.immigration.govt.nz/ for information on what categories people can emigrate there under and how to apply.

They also ahve a good document, if a little basic, that gives info on NZ for you to read (like schooling, cost of living, health care etc), which you can find at http://www.immigration.govt.nz/LivingInNewZealand/

All in all, I've found that these sites are most useful thjough, in giving a true picture of the good bits and the tricky bits.

And remember - nothing good comes without a bit of effort, and NZ is REALLY good.

Hope that helps.
Dianne
