Can anyone tell me how the health service works in NZ? same question for dentists and GP's?

Hi Abdul,
Thankyou for your reply and link, i guess my question was rather vague, i really wondered how it is we contribute or perhaps we insure ourselves?, but no worries, i have friends in NZ i can ask.
