Winning the world cup gave me a patriotic buzz for a day or two and got me thinking again about what I really want. I'm past that now and want to go to New Zealand more than ever.

Winning the world cup was Brilliant Clapping and we were all on a high, Razz but does that mean when you are in New Zealand you will no longer support England Nutcase . At the end of the day you know where you roots are Nice One . Also when you are there you will have the advantage of supporting two countries, but what if it one day becomes that New Zealand play England, you will probably have to ware two shirts. Tricky hey.

After being worn down by their crass rugby commentators, I support whoever's playing NZ. Laughing

The NZ commentators support any team from the Southern Hemisphere against the North. They supported South Africa and Australia against England. They supported Fiji against Scotland etc.

I have some experience of this as I am half Danish and half English (hence the username!). I recently went to see England V Denmark at Old Trafford, and although I wasn't sure how I would feel Smile Sad , when it came down to it I cheered when England scored (Denmark won, by the way). I have lived here all my life and basically been brought up as a 'pom' so it is hard to diregard all that. It is nice to have the choice, though Wink

I was chuffed England won the World Cup too Razz
