Well someone has to post about the Footie.
Another dramatic, yet technically poor showing by England. I am looking forward to a time when I can be proud of my local Kiwi rugby team wherever that will be...
But for the moment, why does it have to be a beloved Villa player that misses the last penalty whenever I'm watching???
Feel better now |

Did the ref. get out of the stadium alive??
What was going on, after what we did to the Swiss team, he was the last man for the job surely.
I do feel for D. B. though. |

I bet he needed his Swiss Army Knife, to tunnel under the penalty spot!
Just imagine for a second Timbo, next time we go through this emotional rollercoaster we should be watching the World Cup on a wintery NZ night, with a few cans of Tui and munching all those lovely variations of Cadbury chocolate that we don't get here.

| That day cant come too soon. I dont really bother with the footie unless it is a big occasion like world cup etc. Prefer Victoria bitter when you can get it there. Aquired a taste for it in Aus. Wintery nights??? We are heading for Coromandel region, so I think winter as we know it will become a distant memory. It supposedly never gets below 11 degrees. Where are you looking at Capt.? |

We are aiming mainly for the South, my wife has lived in the North as a teenager for a couple of years.
Aside from that we'll take wherever the work comes in, then relocate after a few years, we are primarily applying through Sophie's nursing so I might even get to be a house-husband (with a boat).
But for now I must get on and do some work, catch you later,eh? |
