Hi All
Finally some good news to report on the work visa front!
We have now been granted our LTWV for 2 years in a matter of 4 days!!!
NZIS in London said about 6-8weeks with a nod and a wink...this has given us renewed hope in the system.......
Booking flights this week I hope!!!!
PR will have to wait until we are there now!!
Good luck everyone!!

Congratulations Karl, that's brilliant news.
Thanks for letting us know how quickly they arranged your visas. We sent our 18 month work visa applications with the AIP on Monday so hopefully we'll just be a few days behind you!!
All the best,
L. |

Karl,
Outstanding!! Couldn't be happier for you...after all you've been through, you really deserve to be there and start a new life.
The very best of luck to you! Please take your laptop and keep us posted on your progress toward a PRV and everything else you encounter along the way. |

Hi All,
Aaaaahhhh, the old LTWV granted by the NZIS in lieu of PR. I hope that when I submit my EOI under the SMC I won't be an OAP. Perhaps if I was on the POL or OSL I could go to NZ ASAP! Do you think someone could have a word with the NZQA, so I can get my BA verified? What have I missed out...?
Congratulations, Karl |

What can I say...but thanks for all your support...what a bunch! I hope we can all meet up some day downunder. As for keeping in touch you bet I will. I will finsish my job on 27/02/04 and so I will not be posting until we get to NZ in late march. Crikey we've got so much to do in the next 3 weeks you wouldn't believe!
Thanks again to you all
