Hi there
Suggest you visit www.benz1.com for the LTBV forum, and www.businessplans.co.nz.
best way forward is to scope out a proposal with conditional purchase, use that in the plan, remember that whatever you buy has to be able to grow and expand significantly to create benefit to nz, there's no room to take over and just maintain it. |

| Hi, We had our business visa approved in December and that is to set up a new retail business. you have to have had a business in the uk in the same or similar field. The whole proposal has to be done as a hyperthetical exercise, which is difficult, as its not wise to invest anything until you have the visa. You have to show a good working knowledge of the prices and market etc. in NZ and show that you have done research on it all. It can be done though. Veronica |
