Looking for post.... 'approved in 3 days, best application'

I'm looking for a post I read recently regarding submitting your application in person and having it all organised so it's really easy for NZIS to deal with? The poster had been told theirs was the best / most organised application the office had seen, and it was approved in 3 days.

Have searched every way I can think of and can't find that post again, so if you wrote it or know where I can find it, please could you point me in the right direction? Hmmm
