No I wasn't refering to New Zealand this time but thanks for dropping in anyway!
No nothing to do with emigration either....lighten up!!!
I am of course refering to THE Middle Earth located, not suprisingly, in the Middle of Middle England.
I do of course refer to Birmingham....yes JRR was a Brummie!
Hats off to Peter (Golden Globe) Jackson (Big Respect).... for putting Birmingham and NZ on the map!
Even more so to JRR whose work has now found popular acclaim and new audiences!
I invite you all to visit Birmingham (virtually of course) via the following links that will transport you to Middle Earth!
Have fun myyyyy Pre.....ciousss Hobbits...isss.

Hey Karl,
Brummies rule!
I grew up literally down the road from Moseley Bog, which was Tolkiens inspiration for Middle Earth. We had some great times down there too, and thankfully didn't bump into any Orcs I understand they are even planning to put a statue of the great man up in Moseley Village
I concur with Karl - thank you also to Peter Jackson, for great films and great settings.
Come visit Brum, the home of Bilbo, Frodo, and Samwise Gamgee!
