No I wasn't refering to New Zealand this time but thanks for dropping in anyway! Clapping

No nothing to do with emigration either....lighten up!!!

I am of course refering to THE Middle Earth located, not suprisingly, in the Middle of Middle England. Nice One

I do of course refer to Birmingham....yes JRR was a Brummie! cool

Hats off to Peter (Golden Globe) Jackson (Big Respect).... for putting Birmingham and NZ on the map! Clink

Even more so to JRR whose work has now found popular acclaim and new audiences! Wink

I invite you all to visit Birmingham (virtually of course) via the following links that will transport you to Middle Earth! Hmmm

Have fun myyyyy Pre.....ciousss Hobbits...isss. Laughing

Hey Karl,

Brummies rule! Nice One

I grew up literally down the road from Moseley Bog, which was Tolkiens inspiration for Middle Earth. We had some great times down there too, and thankfully didn't bump into any Orcs Razz I understand they are even planning to put a statue of the great man up in Moseley Village Clapping

I concur with Karl - thank you also to Peter Jackson, for great films and great settings.

Come visit Brum, the home of Bilbo, Frodo, and Samwise Gamgee!

Clapping
