My husband's IELTS certificate expires this May. He wishes to go to NZ in July on a visitors visa then get a job there. Does he have to take another IELTS test before his visitors visa getrs approved? Will NZIS be considerate about it given the fact that the certificate is about to lapse without being used because of the changes in their policy?
