Hello,
I'm new and confuggled!
Really we're just playing around with ideas as to where my partner and I want to go... America, Australia, France, NZ?? We've no idea... but one thing I'm more concerned about is the use of agents... should I use an agent or not?
I've downloaded the application forms for Australia and they're so long and complicated that, if we were to decide on there, we'd be tempted to pay the £150 and any other fees they wish just to get it through... however, with the NZ visa, it looks alot simpler.
Can anyone give me a brief run down of the stages of emigrating to NZ please? I know this may be a huge task for you, so don't worry about it if it is... Thanks for listening! |

Unless you're rich, etc, you will probably get in by getting a job offer here, leading to a work permit or permanent residence through Skilled Migrant Category. That's about it really. I personally wouldn't bother with an agent. I didn't. Just fill in the forms (correctly) yourself and off you go. You can even apply on-line now.

The main trick is getting a job offer here. There are lots of posts already about this. |
